The Registration Fee (Australian Dollars) for one registration is AUD$5.00 ($5.50 for Australian users including GST). If you wish to see the conversion of the fee to your currency click here.

To register, fill out all the spaces below then print out this page by clicking the icon "Print this page" at the bottom of the page. Then attach a cheque (Australian dollars please) for your fee, made out to "MATHGYM" and post it to the above address.

This form is not sent over the internet. You will only be registered when I receive this in the post, and payment has been cleared. I will then send you an Email giving you your Authorisation Code. You use this code to register on-line when you are ready. If you don't have an Email account you can get one free at Hotmail by clicking the link below - just make sure that you check your Email regularly for the message I will send.
