You can obtain the free Adobe Reader® now by clicking Get Acrobat Reader .

The file for SET X (the demonstration SET) can be freely downloaded now. (Click the link below)
You can then save this file to your computer by clicking the save icon on the menu bar of Adobe Reader.
To print the file click the printer icon on the menu bar of Adobe Reader.

Instructions

The cost for the Blackline Masters PDF file (Australian Dollars) for each SET is AUD$25.00 ($27.50 for Australian users including GST). The purchaser is licensed to make as many copies of the SET of problems as required for use in the purchasing school only. This price also includes six free registrations. If you are paying by cheque in other than Australian Dollars there is an additional fee of $7.00 (imposed by my local financial institution). To order, download the appropriate form below, fill out all the spaces, and post or fax it to the address provided. I will then send you an Email giving you your Authorisation Code. You use this code to download the Blackline Masters file on-line when you are ready. An email address is required to supply you with the Authorisation Code so that you can download the file online. If you don't have an Email account you can get one free at Hotmail by clicking the link below - just make sure that you check your Email regularly for the message I will send.

It will be used for absolutely no other purpose than to supply you with this textbook. None of the personal information you give me will be supplied to anyone else. Your personal financial information (that is your cheque or credit details) will be supplied to my bank for processing purposes, and will not be stored electronically by me. These financial details will be destroyed by me immediately on termination of the holding period set by my financial institution.
